1. Storm DamageHigh winds and heavy rain brought this large oak down onto the home, creating an urgent hazard and visible roof damage.
2. Site PreparationOur crew began by clearing branches and storm debris to establish a safer working area and open access for the bucket truck and crane.
3. Access ReadyWith most of the debris cleared, the work area was ready for the equipment, rigging, and controlled removal process.
4. Crane and RiggingThe crane and bucket truck worked together as the tree was secured and lifted in controlled sections away from the damaged home.
5. Tree RemovedThe crew paused after the final section was safely lifted from the home and before temporary protection was placed over the damaged roof.
6. Temporary ProtectionA tarp was secured over the damaged roof area to help limit further rain intrusion until permanent repairs could be made.
7. Final CleanupThe storm left its mark on the roof, but not across the yard: debris was removed, access was restored, and the property was left clean and orderly.
After high winds and heavy rain brought a large oak down onto this Mantua Township home, our crew first cleared storm debris to establish a safer work area and access for the equipment. We positioned the bucket truck and crane, secured the fallen tree with rigging, and used controlled lifts to remove its weight from the structure while limiting the risk of additional damage. After the final section was safely removed, we placed a tarp over the damaged roof area to help limit additional rain intrusion and completed a thorough cleanup.
